Hello all who are reading this. I am in East London right now hanging out with Terry (bass player) and his mum. It's been very pleasant, in a very English way. The first Oasis shows were in the ocean retirement community of Bournemouth. We were all fairly nervous, considering there were five thousand people screaming for Oasis, and we were the only band standing in the way of them coming on stage. So, we walked on stage and heard a bunch of blokes chanting things like "Oasis!" and "Whoareya?!" Settling in as much as we could after the first song, the crowd warmed up to us a bit. We proceeded after the show to go to a night club where we were treated like royalty, and I danced to the beat until 2am. The second night was similar and my floor tom completely collapsed on me while we were playing our 4th song. When it came time to play "Low Man", which is all floor tom and tambourine, I had to throw the drum aside, and use the rack tom. This made me a bit edgy for the rest of the show. But all went well.
On Wednesday, we played at Hoxton Bar and Kitchen, in London. This was our own show and it actually sold out, which was a suprize for me. People really are into Alberta Cross in London. It was nice to meet so many excited fans and here their enthusiastic remarks. We stayed up all night after that show and were feeling like raw London Broil when we had to get up and go to Cardiff Wales.
Cardiff was a different story from Bournemouth. We thought the crowd was going to be very tough. They were surprisingly very supportive and cheery. It was a larger crowd too, somewhere between 8 and 10 thousand people packed in like sardines. The first night we played there felt like the best show. The band felt very relaxed and energized, and I felt like a kid after the show. We sat up on a balcony and watched Oasis. They really aren't my favorite band, but when they played their old songs, I did get quite nostalgic and enjoyed myself.
My fingers are getting tired, so this is where it ends for now. More to come....

Hello
Hello People,
I am just starting this thing in hopes to record some of my thoughts while I travel and such. Hopefully I'll keep on it.
